Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, CX Mobile Application

PrimaryAddressHeader only displays Country,Address1,Add2,City,State,PostalCode in Lead Layout Mobile

PrimaryAddressHeader only displays Country, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State and Postal Code Address fields in Lead Edit Layout in CX Mobile.

In the task "Manage Address Formats" for Country "Peru" the address fields to show should be:

Country
City (GeographyElement2)
State (GeographyElement3)
County (GeographyElement4)
Province (GeographyElement5)
AddrElementAttribute1 (GeographyElement6)
Postal Code
AddrElementAttribute2
Address1
Address2
Address3
Address4
Building
Floor
AddrElementAttribute3

In Manage geographies the 6 levels are:
