Outloook SSO : Why Do Users Get the Non-SSO Mode Login Screen Eventhough They are Setup With STS Based SSO (Doc ID 2572890.1)

 Users are setup to use Engagement Cloud for Outlook with STS based SSO to login.

However when a user start Outlook , the user is presented with the non-SSO mode login screen.
