Bills Generated For Accounts Disappeared In Subscriber Management (Doc ID 2572996.1)

Symptoms

On : 1.3.0.0.0 version, Subscriber Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bills generated earlier via billnow for accounts, disappeared. Do not see Bills under Switch Bills in Bills Tab.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bill should show under Bills ->Switch Bills in Bills Tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Account Created on 4th of June. Bill Now executed on 19th June.
2. Do Batch Payments by importing cash payment file and processing them.
3. After Payment is processed $600 for Total Due of $569, reversed the payment from Subscriber Management.
4. Executed the same scenario for few times for this account.
5. After making the last payment, noticed the Bill against which the payment is made has disappeared from Bills -> Switch Bills.
6. You still see the Bill Issued in News Feed.
7. Verified few other accounts and observed the bills are missing.
