When creating PO on the system, and there are two budgets that both are OPEN on the system, the PO`s will read out from both budgets, and if an error existed in any of these two budgets the system will not process the PO creation, that means that only one budget must be opened on the system! Even through that the account or project that`s related to the PO was defined in one of these two budgets! What is the solution if user want to create two budget on the system
