CMA import is failing in TEST from DEV

We are trying to import the config from DEV 1.0 to TEST 1.0 using CMA.
After running the batch - Migration Data Set Import Monitor batch (F1-MGDIM), we are seeing an error on one of the files , it transitioned to 'Error' state from "Ready to Compare' state.

What is causing this Concurrency/Integrity error?
