Dashboard Does Not Remember User Preference of Tiles Selection in Profile (Doc ID 2573214.1)

Symptoms

The dashboard displays tiles in different profiles correctly according to what is configured. When the user adds more tiles or remove tiles, the dashboard holds those changes for the current session only.

However, when the user log out and log back in, the dashboard again shows tiles according to dashboard configuration only. It loses all the changes made to the tiles selection in previous session.
