Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: An Initiative isn't Assigning Learning Items (Doc ID 2573281.1)

On : version, Learning Specialist

You have an initiative that isn't assigning the Learning Items to Learners.

Note that other initiatives are working as designed, and providing assignment to Learners.

Learners should be assigned to the course by the Initiative.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) My Client Group > Learning > Learning Catalog > Course Tab
2) Select Course
3) Learners > Learning Initiatives
4) Add Initiative > Required
5) Fill in all required information > Next
6) Select Add > Analysis Report Criteria ( note - analysis shows list a users to be added)
7) Select Next
9) Select Submit

Note that you can wait for the 2 ESS jobs below to run during their normally scheduled time, or run them manually to test.  (Please run them in this order as shown, and as a side-note, these jobs should only be scheduled to run once daily; with at least an hour between their scheduled times to avoid conflict)

A) Evaluate Person IDs for Assignment Rule
B) Reconcile Dynamic Assignments
