Symptoms

The default value of Start Date property is not flowing from the primary application to the target application through subscriptions

The default value of Start Date property of newly added Entity in primary application is "01/01/2016".
Through Node type converter, the mapping is defined from Primary App -> Start Date => Target App -> Effective from Date
