When Attempting to Use the "Get Data' Functionality to Pull Data From P6 via Gateway Integration to Unifier, the Job Fails as Indicated in the History Tab or the Activity Sheet Log (Doc ID 2573592.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the "Get Data' functionality to pull data from P6 via Gateway integration, the job fails as seen in the History tab on the Activity Sheet log.

Status: FAILED

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When reviewing the Gateway Configuration, the P6 Provider test connection fails. To test the P6 Provider connection:

  1. Login to Gateway cloud environment as an admin user.
  2. Configuration -> Deployments
  3. P6 Provider -> Edit
  4. Click Next -> Click Test Connection.
  5. Error: HTTP Error.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to a project/shell.
  3. Activity Sheet -> Get Data.
  4. The job fails after about 5 minutes.
