Vendor Unable to See Request for Bid (RFB) From Link in Email Received From Unifier (Doc ID 2573671.1)

On Unifier : Any Version

Request For Bid (RFB) type Business Process

Vendors are invited to a bid, they receive emails, and are able to access Unifier with the link. However, once in Unifier the vendors is not able to see the bid information.


  1. The Vendor receives an e-mail inviting them to participate in a Request For Bid (RFB) type Business Process (BP) record
  2. They click on the link in the invitation and sign into Unifier
  3. The record they were invited to participate in is not visible

Result: Not all Vendors can see Bid
