Symptoms
On Unifier : Any Version
Request For Bid (RFB) type Business Process
Vendors are invited to a bid, they receive emails, and are able to access Unifier with the link. However, once in Unifier the vendors is not able to see the bid information.
STEPS
- The Vendor receives an e-mail inviting them to participate in a Request For Bid (RFB) type Business Process (BP) record
- They click on the link in the invitation and sign into Unifier
- The record they were invited to participate in is not visible
Result: Not all Vendors can see Bid
