Error " java.lang.ArithmeticException" In The RTV Search Screen (Doc ID 2573813.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the RTV after the shipment, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.ArithmeticException, msg=Non-terminating decimal expansion; no exact representable decimal result.


Steps To Recreate:
1. Find an item at a store where inner pack = 24 and case pack = 24.
2. Find a store which has at least 24 stock on hand of that item.
3.Create an RTV request for the item and store within RMS. The Add Item form on the RTV will default to a return UOM of CS. Provide a return quantity of 1 CS using inventory type as "Overstock".
4.Select OK.
5.Approve the RTV then save and close.
6.Login to SIM.
7.Select Shipping/Receiving > RTV.
8.Double click on the RTV request and click ship.
9.Click Create Container.
10.Click Default Item.
11.Select the RTV item and click on APPLY ITEM. The item will be added to the RTV Shipment Container Detail screen with a Remaining value of 24 and a Quantity value defaulted to 0.Change the Quantity value to 20.
12.Click Confirm to confirm the RTV container.
13.Click Dispatch to finalize the RTV and ship it. Click “Yes” on the prompt which asks, “Are you sure you want to dispatch the shipment now?.
13.Log out of SIM then Return to RMS.
14.Go to Inventory>Returns to Vendor>Manage Returns to Vendor.
15.Search for the RTV which was just shipped.
16.In the RTV search result selected, click the glasses(view) icon to view the RTV details.
17. Note the above error.
