On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account not auto populating when creating opportunity from contact

When user create an opportunity from the contact page, account is being left blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating an opportunity from the contact Opportunities subtab, the account field should be defaulted to the primary account of the contact

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. drilldown on contact
2. Go to Opportunity subtab
3. Click the button create opportunity
4. verify the account is not defaulted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have might create opportunities that are left without being associated to the correct contact
