Oracle Contracts Add-in Error When User Enters Host Multiple Times (Doc ID 2574126.1)

When user enters incorrect host and then tries to re-enter correct host in logging in to Oracle Add-in, he gets error.

The only way to override the issue is to close and reopen a new word document


An internal error has occurred. Contact your system administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Open a blank word file
Select sign In
Enter the server name, not the correct server
I receive the error:"An internal error has occurred. Contact your system
administrator" and click ok

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter host name second time without this error.
