"Existing Contact" Is Null After Converting Campaign Response To Lead. PrimaryContactId Is Populated (Doc ID 2574591.1)

After converting a Sales Campaign Response to a Lead, the Primary Contact attribute (labelled Existing Contact) is not populated with the Contact Name.

The contact is added to the Lead team, though, and the PrimaryContactId attribute is populated.

I believe this is a bug as I've been able to replicate on this AMS environment CCOJ-TEST, and a separate instance owned by Boxfusion.

Please could you help us resolve this, as the behaviour is confusing to users.
