Symptoms

When attempting to Deploy Approval Rules, the process completes in Error and shows below error message:

The attempted operation could not be completed due to an error. Contact your help desk. (POR-2010129).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate > Setup and Maintenance.
3. Search for Task Manage Requisition Approval Rules.
4. Try to Deploy the Rules.
5. Process Completes in Error.
