Running the 11.13.19.04.0 update of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud Service,

Using the Inventory task
Manage Reservations and Picks,

I have an item MyItem in Subinventory FG, that shows Available to Transact and Available to Reserve quantities of 0 but On hand showing quantity 3.

How do I find where the reservations are being held and how to release these reservations?
