Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365
We are trying to deploy the office 365 add-in to a new user.
The add-in side panel appears correctly. But upon clicking Authorize button -> Getting the below pop up error:
ERROR

error=access_denied&error_description=Invalid+resource.+The+client+has+requested+access+to+a+resource+which+is+not+listed+in+the+requested+permissions+in+the+client's+application+registration.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy office 365 for a new user
2. Click Authorize party
3. Get error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use office 365 for new users.
