Customer Search by Account Name Doesn't Work Correctly in Agent Console (Doc ID 2575228.1)

Symptoms

When you search for a account name in the customer search page in Agent console the results sometime does not display. For example if you want to search "Test Test 2 Test3 T.S." if you enter the complete name, the results won't be populated, but when you search with a partial name, the results will be displayed.
