Shipping Method Search Does Not Bring Up Data When Searching

When you go into a sales order or create an Order with Multiple lines
then go into the Order> Create a Revision
go down to the Order Lines Select multiple lines
Click on Update Lines
Click on Shipping Method and move it to the right pane
Type in a letter to search on
Hit tab once
Nothing shows up, Click on the LOV arrow, Nothing shows up
It works for a single Line but Not for Multiple
