Information in this document applies to any platform.
After receiving the 19C update, users are unable to schedule any interviews using existing templates.
The issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:
1. Select My Client Groups.
When trying to save the schedule, the following error is displayed:
JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.
