Goal
Why the Legal Employer and Payment Date at layout level on the payslip are showing as blank when the Net Pay Distribution is zero. (The legal employer is showing as an apostrophe(') and the payment date is missing.).
The Data for Legal Employer and Payment Date coming blank in the XML of Payslip extract when Net Pay is zero.
