Question about Custom Audience
Customer doesn't have Publish feature.
As they haven't purchased Responsys they don't have any direct integration between their Marketing Cloud to social cloud. So they need to manually extract the list from our marketing platform and use it Oracle SRM.
The Approach would be similar to uploading the list into Facebook Custom Audience , how come uploading the list from SRM will beneficial for the Customer?
