EPBCS: Sop the Receipt Notificaiton being sent for Cancelled / Closed POs that are Escalated (Doc ID 2575635.1)

 Users are receiving receipt notifications for close and cancelled POs that are escalated.



 The "Did Not Receive" option, seems to have been effective prior to the notification being escalated.
Once it has been escalated, this no longer seems to be working, as the manager is receiving notifications each day that a receipt is required.
