RPASCE UI: Column Headings Are Misaligned when the User Uses the Scroll Bar (Doc ID 2575646.1)

Symptoms

Sometimes when the user scrolls to the right, the Column headings end up not aligned to the data for the measures.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Sort on a measure off the grid to the right.
2. The system takes the view back left.
3. Drag the scroll bar back to the right.
4. Depending on where you stop scrolling the columns become misaligned.
