Error Thrown When Opening the Migration Center [The call failed on the server; see server log for details] (Doc ID 2575849.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to connect to a site in the migration center the following error occurs.

The call failed on the server; see server log for details

After reproducing the issue, the following errors can be found in the error log:

Configuration Cache could not be built for Product Family with segment_id=XX
Could not find script for advanced comments with action id XXXXXX

java.lang.NullPointerException
