Unable to create Table Value set for a specific Query

Problem Summary:
We need to create table value set for the below mentioned query. We are able to run this  queryin BI publisher and are also getting the expected result.
But when we give the same query in the value sets it gives error as shown in the screen shot.

Query to be used:
SELECT LISTAGG(a.ATTRIBUTE_CHAR1 || '-' ||a.ATTRIBUTE_CHAR2,  ' , ' ) WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY a.ATTRIBUTE_CHAR1) AS description
FROM EGO_ITEM_EFF_B a, EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B b
where a.CONTEXT_CODE = 'Hidden Table' and b.item_number = 'Test Routing S' and a.INVENTORY_ITEM_ID =b.INVENTORY_ITEM_ID GROUP BY a.CONTEXT_CODE
