Symptoms

We have customer managed instance on which we are getting following error when we schedule BI publisher reports which runs beyond 1 hour.

We did set SQL query timeout to 21000 seconds but that did not help. Below is what we see in diagnostic log.
SQL Query Timeout : 21000
Olnine SQL Query Timeout : 500
Offline SQL Query Timeout : 3600

Same reports complete in approximately 3 hours on on-prem OBIEE 11g instance. On OAC-C only we are finding this behavior where schedule jobs are disconnecting from database.
