On: NA version, Listen and Analyze

A Topic, when duplicated, generates different historical data between the original and the copy.

A Topic, regardless of whether it was copied or an original, should show the exact same historical data.


After the Historical Request is completed, the number is different depending on whether I deactivated Topic or not.
1. About <Topic Name 1>, I do historical request 2019/1/1-2019/4/30 , After historical request completed, I didn't deactivate <Topic Name 1> right away.
2. I duplicated <Topic Name 1> topic as <Topic Name 1.2>.
3. About <Topic Name 1.2>, I do historical request 2019/1/1-2019/4/30 , After historical request completed, I did deactivate <Topic Name 1.2> right away.
4. The number of message about these topics is different in date range 2019/1/1-2019/4/30

Steps to Reproduce:
(1)Create any topic that can get many messages.
(2) Do historical request about (1)
(3) Copy topic (1)
(4) Do historical request about (3) with the same date range (2)
(5) When (4) request completed, topic of (3) deactivate again.
(6) compare the topic of (1) and (3) in insight screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot know what data is accurate.
