Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
User is seeing a quantity in the On-Hand inventory, for a specific sub-inventory, but is showing zero available to reserve or transact.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The quantity in the on-hand inventory should allow the user to transact against that quantity by either reservation or inventory move.
STEPS
---------
1. Navigation > Supply Chain execution > Inventory > Manage reservations and Picks.
2. Enter inventory organization and item in search field > Search.
3. No results found.
4. Navigation > Supply Chain execution > Inventory > Manage item quantities.
5. Enter inventory item and organization in search field > Search.
6. Results show quantity in inventory but zero available to reserve or transact.
