OSN Admin Has "Apps" Tab While the "Apps" Tab Not Seen Anywhere for Users (Doc ID 2576649.1)

Goal

When logging in to Oracle Social Network (OSN) as Administrator, you can see the "Apps" option on the Administration page.
In the older OSN releases, users would see the "Apps" on the main page. There are youtube videos that show this.

What happened to "Apps" ?
