The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes process;
2. stuck error occurs.

Observation:
The fast formula were recompiled but the error still happens

User provided details:
"We have a number of employees who are in error on the Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes process.
Please see attached GMFZT log file for one employee.
I have recompiled the fast formula but the employee still errors.
I have been unable to replicate the issue in ...... environment which refreshed with a P2T .....
The 19B patch is due to be applied ......."
