Ever since the last update to EPPM in June/July, the performance of P6 has gone way down.
Some pages, that used to load quickly in Chrome, no longer load and will only work in Edge.
In all cases, with both browsers, the user must now go in and clear all history each time they want to use the program to get even some of the sub-menus to work.
Many times, the save feature locks up and they have to reload the page (losing all changes) and having to do it all over again.
Capacity planning views from EPPM, the Histogram works fine as anticipated, but the spreadsheet (without changing anything) will not Populate.
Error found in HAR file:
ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Observe performance issues with pages locking up when using P6 Web.
2. Observe that clearing all history each time the program is used works to get some of the P6 Web sub-menus to work.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to stop using the EPPM and go straight to P6 Professional to do any work.
It's also not possible to train users on P6 EPPM because of the pages locking up so frequently.
