ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

It is not possible to complete putaway on Single-SKU LPN to Single SKU location when it started as Multi-SKU LPN

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To able to complete putaway on Single-SKU LPN to Single SKU location when it started as Multi-SKU LPN

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse Management - WMS on Cloud
2. Navigation Path: IB LPNS > Receive mixed LPN (see shipment 900000011
3. Orders Header > Create an order for one of the two items on the LPN (see order 930307***)
4. Wave Template > Wave and pick the order
5. Putaway Priority: Attempt to put away the residual LPNs to a single SKU location. See example LPNs: 008123456700***** & 0081234567000*****
