Transfer Detail RMS Screen Performance Issue (Doc ID 2577270.1)

Symptoms

Transfer detail RMS screen performance issue. The screen takes 2-5 mins to open a transfer detail with around 1K items

Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a transfer with 1K items in transfer detail.
2.Approve the transfer.
3. Navigate to manage transfer screen and try to open the transfer detail and for the same transfer.
4. Verify that the page is expired and the transfer detail is not displayed.
