Negotiation Document And Duplicated Document Shows Like Coding Language

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When duplicate the Negotiation document it shows like HTML coding language for one user.
For other user duplicate document is presented as expected.
This is happening on Cover Page, Introduction and Instructions text areas for Overview page,
and Instructions text area in Requirements.
However, after submission of Negotiation document, the text is presented correctly.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in as affected user.
2. Navigator: Procurement > Negotiations
3. Task: Manage Negotiation
4. Search and select a Negotiation.
5. Actions > Duplicate.
5. Observe that text area for Cover Page, Overview and Requirements shows the text in html code.
