How To Disable Country Specific Bank Validations ? (Doc ID 2577525.1)

Goal

In Manage Bank Branches, once select US bank, require the Routing Number , Branch number , and etc...
Would not like to  enter those fields, are there any ways to disable those Country Specific Bank Validations ?
