ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Michigan Employer Unemployment Tax is not withheld from the employees pay.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Michigan Employer Unemployment Tax being withheld from the employees pay.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. On May 6, 2019 one of our employees moved to Michigan and began working out of their home.
2. Added the new state into Oracle and entered the tax rate for the employer unemployment.
3. On the pay dated 5/17/2019 the employer unemployment tax was not withheld from the employees pay.

Details:
On May 6, 2019 an employee moved to Michigan and began working out of their home. Added the new state into Oracle and entered the tax rate for the employer unemployment.
However, on the pay dated 5/17/2019 the employer unemployment tax was not withheld from the employee's pay.

What needs to be done in order to get this tax to be withheld from the employees pay ?
