On : version, UK Payroll Localization,
Due to new legislation, we are now required to display variable hours worked on payslips. We have noted the default payslip report now displays these hours for the period, however the YTD balances are incorrect (all display 0.00).

The expectations are that the Payslip to display variable hours worked. Default payslip report to show in addition to the hours for the period value for the YTD balances (currently all display 0.00).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run delivered UK Payslip;
2. observed variable hours worked being displayed;
3. the period value for the YTD balances currently all display 0.00.

User Notes:
" I'll attach a screen snip of a payslip ran in test for the June period, that shows a 0.00 YTD balance."
'I think we have a Balance Dimension gap, by which I mean that we aren’t populating the correct Year to Date Balance Dimension required to get the Hours YTD figures through to the payslip. I have tried various YTD Balance Dimensions, but still can’t get the values to show.'

Due to this issue, default UK Payslip report displays variable hours worked for the period, however the YTD balances are incorrect (all display 0.00).
