On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Setup Module
When attempting to set up SLA for an Event Class
the following error occurs.

The account rules assigned to journal lines use sources in conditions that were not assigned to event class. (XLA-870598)
Remove the source from the account rule conditions, or select a different account rule for assignment to the journal entry
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Subledger Journal Entry Rule Set task
2. Try to define one for Credit Note
Account rule XXXX is not visible in LOV. when source is being defined
