ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wrong file gets pick in process 'Load Interface File for Import'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data file related document id populated in payload should be picked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload file to UCM using uploadFileToUcm service
2. Submit Load Interface file for Import using submitESSJobRequest service
3. Observe that ess job has picked a different document.
