Opportunity Assignment



We are performing the scheduled process: Revenue Territory Territory Based Assignment with input values:
OpenOpportunitiesByCreationDate
BindOptyCreationDateFrom=2014-01-01

Issue is that the output log reads:
The process 675853 started at time Wed Jul 24 09:31:19 UTC 2019 and is processing the following number of work objects: 177. (MOW-225172)
The total number of work objects processed: 177. Number of work objects successfully processed: 107. Number of work objects failed: 70. (MOW-225127)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Scheduled processes
2. Run Revenue Territory Territory Based Assignment for open opportunities
3. Get error
