Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service

One DSDReceiptCre from SIM got stuck in RIB-RMS Hospital with below exception:
from {call RMSSUB_DSD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Order has not been approved.

Note that other DSDReceiptCre messages were getting consumed without any issue.
