ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contracts User is Unable To Search For An Add Party To Contract

User are unable to search for a party while creating a contract. Using any of the advance search option for party name (start with, contains, etc) will not return any value.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should find the party when searching for it

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Create contract
2. Search for party
3. Get no results

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find Primary Parties when creating contracts.
