Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Consumer Goods Mobile App

When attempting to Login to Consumer Goods (CG) Mobile application (RX - Retail Execution) after creating an Account, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Syncing created account: Attribute set for PartyNumber in entity OrganizationDEO failed
Syncing updated route: Part2 failed: Cannot create an object of type:java.math.BigDecimal from type:java.lang.String with value: ((605))

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create account
2. Sync errors

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync from their CG Mobile App.
