Goal

DNS IP Address is delivered by the Oracle Compute Cloud Service DHCP Server every time an instance is started or restarted.
Configure DHCP Client to modify named.conf and reload the Named Service when the DNS IP Address delivered by the Oracle Compute Cloud Service DHCP Server changes.
