ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After Newsfeed Go-Live, Checklists for Onboarding and Offboarding are not getting assigned to the users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting checklists to show in Allocated Checklists

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Allocated Checklists
2. Nothing shows

 Setting this profile to Y disables any events being raised when any action is performed on the HCM application.
 Checklist allocation are triggered based on these events. So setting this to Y stops all automatic checklist allocations.
