Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While navigating to Manage Element Entries and try to Save or Submit a transaction using Internet Explorer or Edge, nothing happens when the 2 buttons are clicked, no confirmation message, no error
The same transaction can be saved and submitted as expected when using Firefox or Chrome.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to Save or Submit a transaction using Internet Explorer or Edge

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigation: Search for Person Number:1021617> Manage Element Entries > Create Element Entry > Submit > No action is performed
