Workspace Does Not Show Correct Search Results, Not All Records Are Returned (Doc ID 2579321.1)

The Workspace user noticed something strange about workspace. When running a list of opportunities it shows fewer results that in UI or in BI.

It looks that workspace is not showing same numbers of records as in reports.
