Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After the 19C update, when attempting to upload a document for any business object in OTM, the action fails with the following exception:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected to be able to upload documents successfully with no exceptions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to any business object in OTM (example: Shipment Management -> Buy Shipments)
2. Select Actions -> Business Process Automation -> Document -> Upload Documents for a single object
3. Upload the respective file
4. The exception is observed
