Symptoms

When attempting to connect to EPPM through the Cloud Portal,
the following error occurs.

An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again (Back)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Cloud Portal with SSO credentials successfully
2. Click the P6 EPPM link
3. See error screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into P6 Web in the Cloud Portal.
